# Getting started

RE360Muse is a **company workspace**. Membership gates every property,
listing, and deal. Personal accounts do not own inventory.

Public register creates an **OS operator** (`USER`). After sign-in they
land on **Company**. Platform staff (`STAFF`, `ADMIN`, `SUPER_ADMIN`)
are created only from `/admin/users`. They always land on `/admin` and
cannot open `/company` or sit as company members.

## Create or pick a company

1. Register or sign in at the [app](http://localhost:3000).
2. Open **Company**. Create a company or select one you already belong to.
3. Choose company size on onboarding. Trial and paid **RE360 Tools —
   Self-Employed** share one operator seat.

## Enter the OS

Use **Open OS** in the header. The operator shell is a 240px drawer on
desktop and tabs on phone. Properties, listings, sales, leasing,
maintenance, team, and billing share that chrome.

## Invite people

Open **Team**. Invite by email into the company. Seats follow the active
Tools package (1 / 10 / 50 on the listed plans). Billing shows seat use
against the package cap.

## Activate modules

Open **Modules** on the marketing site or **Billing** in the OS.

- **RE360 Tools** is the full operator OS: properties, listings, sales,
  leasing, maintenance, projects, and analytics.
- If Tools is already on the company, those desks show **Included in
  RE360 Tools**. Do not pay for them again.
- Website, listings API, syndication, vendor desk, and finance are
  **add-ons**. See [Modules](../product/modules.md).
