# Listings and sales

Publish from the same property you keep in [Properties](./properties.md).
Marketing uses that inventory.

## Listings

Open **Listings**.

- Create a **sale** or **rent** listing on a company property
- Set price, currency, and listing status
- The listing always links back to the property record

Public **Market** shows published listings. An inquiry on a sale listing
becomes a lead in Sales for that company.

## Sales

Open **Sales**. Close work hangs off the listing.

- Pipeline, lead and deal detail, activity timeline
- Showings hung off a listing, lead, or deal
- Offer packets with e-sign lite
- Commission percent and gateway payout on the deal

RE360 Tools includes listings and Sales. À la carte **Sales Marketing**
is the same desk when Tools is not on the company.

Company listing **websites** and the listings **API** are add-ons under
Development. They read published OS listings. Operators pick a template
and turn template pages on from Marketing. See
