# Maintenance

Open **Maintenance**. Tickets hang off a property or unit you already
keep in inventory.

## What this desk does

- Work orders against a property or unit
- Priority and status on each ticket
- Assign a team member
- Mark a unit in maintenance while the ticket is open

Preferred vendors and assignment from a vendor directory are the
**Vendor Services** add-on, not this desk.
