Open **Projects**. Construction project delivery for developers and
operators who build. Occupied-unit tickets stay in Maintenance.

## What this desk does

- Jobs with optional property link, budget, and milestones
- Field daily logs, punch list, and task photos
- Numbered RFIs and change orders on the job
- Gantt with task dependencies on desktop; milestone dates on phone

**Task Management** is the same construction task surface. RE360 Tools
includes both. À la carte Project Management and Task Management SKUs
exist for companies that are not on Tools.

A **Projects** showcase on the [company listing site](./company-site.md)
can publish selected jobs. Budget stays off the public page.
