Company listing site
The listing site is a template website, not a drag-and-drop builder. It publishes from the same properties, listings, and projects already on the company. Visitors do not get a second inventory catalog.
Unlock it with Listing and Website (or Website Only when the listing-site SKU is already on). See Modules.

Public pages keep their own canvas. They do not inherit OS dark-mode chrome.

Pick one template on Development. Layout, type, and header change. Copy and inventory do not.

Pages
Open Marketing → Pages. These slugs match the templates. Do not rename them.

Turn a page on to put it in the nav. Hide it to keep the copy off the site without deleting it. Home stays on.
Edit opens copy for that page. About and Contact use a rich-text Body. SEO title and description stay on the record. Properties and Projects jump to Showcase to pick inventory.
Do not invent a slug such as /our-story and expect the About layout.
The renderer keys off home, about, contact, properties, and
projects.
Showcase
Open Marketing → Showcase.
- Choose Properties or Projects.
- Add records from this company’s books. Order them on the page.
- Save. The public path is
/propertiesor/projects.
The gallery only shows what you picked. Empty picks stay empty. The public renderer does not invent listings.
Property and project detail pages on the site exist only for items that are on a showcase.
Listings on the home page
Home reads published listings from the OS. Development can publish all of them or a picked set. Price, beds, baths, size, and address come from the listing and property records. See Listings and sales.
Inquiries
The Contact form and listing inquire actions create a sales lead on the company. They can attach a listing or a property. The site does not collect card numbers.
Campaigns on Marketing tag those leads with a name and UTM values. Copy the public link from the campaign row.
Inventory first
Create buildings in Properties and jobs in Projects before you showcase them. A brochure with no OS records has nothing to publish.
