Maintenance

Open Maintenance. Tickets hang off a property or unit you already keep in inventory.

What this desk does​

  • Work orders against a property or unit
  • Priority and status on each ticket
  • Assign a team member
  • Mark a unit in maintenance while the ticket is open

Preferred vendors and assignment from a vendor directory are the Vendor Services add-on, not this desk.

Not construction

Field logs, RFIs, change orders, and Gantt schedules belong in Projects. Do not use maintenance tickets to run a site build.

RE360 Tools includes maintenance with properties.
